Shipping

 

Shipping to the lower 48 United States is FREE. We ship by UPS within three days.

Our items are very carefully packed; we double box every order. In other words, the item itself is wrapped in foam and placed in a corrugated box. That box is placed into a second corrugated box and surrounded by packing “peanuts”. We have never had a box damaged in transit.

Each item is insured for it’s actual value. We will email you with the tracking information after the box has been shipped.

If you tell us when you want the box, we will check with UPS online to determine if it can get to your location when you want it. If it can’t, we will advise you of any “expediting” options and costs.

Please note, we cannot be responsible for a box that was delayed by UPS due to adverse weather conditions or any other conditions beyond our control.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Note, we would prefer that there be no exchanges or returns. However, if there is an obvious DEFECT, contact us within three days of receiving your box and we will do our best to make this situation right.

If you are giving a box as a gift and you are not sure the recipient will like/want the box, then please think twice before you buy it.

If you determine that a box was damaged, we ask you to take several photographs of the damage and send them to us.

If the original packing and shipping boxes have not been damaged in transit, we request that the box be re-packed as you received it and shipped via UPS. 

If the return is due to our mistake, we will email you a return label.

If we agree that the customer has grounds for a return, and the original packing and shipping boxes have not been damaged in transit, the box MUST BE RE-PACKED EXACTLY AS YOU RECEIVED IT AND SHIPPED VIA UPS. Otherwise, a refund will not be given.

Unless it is determined and agreed upon that the reason for the return is due to our mistake, the shipping fees for any returns will be responsibility of the customer.
